603 - Brief 02 - Interactivity

Was clear how I needed to engage the audience as much as I can through the AV8 platform and as originally discussed (in the Brief 01 post) this will be done through the live green-screen graphics.

The green-screen allows for increased interactivity with the audience too, providing a new medium for tuned-in creatives to get their work featured behind the decks.
- This isn't limited to creatives and their work however, but we encourage submissions from anyone, of anything - from funny online or personal content, to more satisfying and psychedelic visuals.
- This stimulates new senses for the audience to become immersed in, visually complimenting the music, as well as encouraging more engagement as you scroll past the moving content in your feed.

But this needed advertising on the page
- people needed to be aware we want interaction and submissions to get a maximum reach on the content as more and more creatives and music-lovers share their interaction with the page to their followers.

- Initially I approached this as an interactive poster over-saturated with meme style content and the written invitation and very open guidelines to submitting.

- However I was quick to analyse how this was not effective in order to get the response we need.
- So what better way than to test out and show off the green screen than by making a funny submission video that can act as introduction AV8 and what we're all about
- tone of voice - satirical, meme style
- approachable and engaging
- reflective of roots - Yorkshire accent??
- exaggerate the effect of the green-screen - showing how the motion graphics will be featured behind the decks.

- EXAMPLES OF MEME STYLE?
- satirical content
- over edited and very loud, in your face humour

- Good examples of how I can be sat facing the camera - like at a desk - addressing the audience
