Working as part of a creative team, we need to put together a pitch for the concept, branding, identity and promotional collateral for our other module's "License to Print Money' Exhibition at the Bank House in Leeds.
We need to think about how we can make this event unique? How can the content, location, exhibitors potentially inform our design treatments? Who is the target audience? What do they need to know? How will we engage with them?
We need to also consdider:
- Location
- Times
- Content
- Exhibitors
- Social media, links, hashtags, etc
- Contact Details
- Format
- Signage, way-marking
- Opening night Invites
Our Restrictions:
- Costings: be aware of reproduction costs to ensure you don’t propose something unfeasable
- Production: collateral must be reproducible using the college resources.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 15 minute presentation
- Mockups of key pieces
- Evidence of collaborative work
- Group contract
We will be presenting 120 (21x26cm) Money Prints.
My interpretation of the this brief is that it will be a big learning curve working in a group, also as we are produce the work on a much larger scale for the exhibition.
My personal aim will be to play a key role in the group, whilst also spacing the work out between us making group decisions and crits on how we can better our proposal.
