I went back to the invite designs and considered what I had stated before..
"Do I choose to specify each persons/agency/groups name that it is sent out to give a more exclusive and personal touch?
Do I include an RSVP with it or shall I just allow them to show up if they want?
And as it would be received in the post with the flyer do I actually need to include all the address details, etc again? As I can specify in it instead that more info will be revealed on social media closer to the date, so they will get more involved and engaged."
I decided that their specific should be included for that exclusive / more personal touch - encouraging them to find out more.
I chose not to include a manual RSVP for the event but to leave it to them, if they are interested in the event we will see them getting involved on social media in which a digital form of an invite can be sent aswell.
All the details which are already included on the flyer that will be sent to them aswell does not need to be repeated on the invite as it is just unnecessary.
I tried to create a layout which would be more consistent with the colour balance and style of the flyer to ensure consistency and form...
When I took these back to the group they had no points of how I can push the design further and said they were happy with that.
