AV8 BRANDING
- Incorporating the AV8 Branding was essential to constantly link back to the brand at regular intervals throughout the stream.

VCR Overlay
- made use of an old retro VCR overlay too, to keep all the content consistent no matter what it is - as well as referencing this inspiration from the past but bringing it forward into the future.

AV8-002
was the first proper stream in which we used the motion graphics.
- I made various content - referencing the bits of stock footage used in some of the flyer development, but ensured I edited these in a glitch style, enhancing the colours whilst incorporating this imperfect but psychedelic / satisfying platform to engage with whilst listening to the music.
- I overlaid various submitted memes over the top of this to try and content really random yet humorous.
-

- There is a whole section dedicated to time-lapses of Leeds - keeping it tied to the roots of the page and giving people that element of recognition - again implementing / hiding various memes and piece of popular culture within it

- I wanted to test what the questionnaire had showed me and try out a little cartoon tv episode in the background too. I chose pink panther, as it has minimum sound (which was obviously off-limits) and is quite easy to follow, it is humorous and a well-known classic. I also deliberately played a tune which samples the famous saxophone from the theme tune just as it started - to really exaggerate the interactivity of the green-screen for the audience.

- Also used other sourced online psychedelic footage - made sure I checked for copyright and gave credit as necessary on the page!

AV8-003
- Actually had some proper visuals & Submissions from the audience by now:
- Jonathan Killick
- a glitch motion graphic he created.
- Luke Owen
- a funny compilation of videos of one of our course-mates Ben - trying to show the audience how much of an interactive platfrom it is where you can control and feature in the content if you want to.
- Ben Cooper
- Ben submitted various memes and remixes via Youtube
- https://www.youtube.com/…/UCBlGogBhY9YP…
- More trippy, psychedelic visuals with the aim of taking the audience on a visual journey with the music.
- As in AV8-003, Slump Sounds are proper Leeds boys - I added in even more pans of Leeds - this time particularly shots of Hyde Park and the youth relevant to our audience.
- Other sent in background visuals include fish tanks, and sunsets, etc
AV8-004 REVAMP VISUALS
- As Revamp are a proper music label they already had some motion graphics created for some of their past event nights which they wanted featuring. By Irfan Afzal.
- it all looked very relevant to the music genre of Acid House and break-beat glitchy nature.

For future streams, we plan to keep adding to this bank of motion graphics for behind the decks - really pushing new submissions from the audience to boost interactivity whilst making it as representative of the DJs and their chosen genre as we can.
