603 - Brief 01 - Engagement through Instagram

Following the extensive research I did into how to use instagram to its full potential, to boost your brand account, I tried to put this into practise with the feed as much as I could.

I am following a specific formula to the insta ensuring I am not only sharing content on a regular basis but making sure each livestream event has the correct coverage leading up to it (the same as on Facebook).

The most successful formula I have been using is:

1. Post the flyer and start building the hype atleast 3-4 days before the stream.
2. In the last few days before the stream, remind your audience through the use of stories
3. Also begin sharing the artist profile pack for each artist - including promo info and slick press shots
4. Use stories right before and during the stream, to try and boost engagement and give behind the scenes angles to the audience
5. Over the weekend, summarise the stream with the picture album and screenshots from the actual recording.
6. Repeat for the next week including any other engaging content such as of the merchandise and stickers, etc!

- Started the insta quite recently, so its only just beginning to grow.

- Nowhere near as much engagement as the facebook account.

- Make as much use of the insta stories as possible, ensuring I am highlighting/pinning them to the top of my account to give the audience a little insight to what has gone down in the past.

Tone Voice: build the hype in real time via insta stories, using more laid back language which the audience can relate to - doesn't have to be as professional on this platform but more punchy and in your face, with easily directed links to the content.

Began the page on Instagram with the advertising motion graphics I made..
- simple 3D spinning concept
- attention grabbing
- consistent with the starry aesthetic.

Made sure it doesn't go all the way round (as would be back to front)
- looped it to jump back to the beginning and avoid not being able to read the content.
